Residence: Germany (passport - 188 territories of visa-free entry)

Residence permit:

• the initial duration of validity is 1 year, followed by an extension of 1 year,
• including spouse and children under 18,
• without the right to work,
• status of permanent residence after 5 years (certificate of knowledge of the language B1),
• citizenship after 10 years (certificate B2)
• dual citizenship is not recognized.

Conditions for obtaining a residence permit:

• the availability of elite real-estate owned by a private individual, several owners (spouses), a company whose majority shareholders are the applicant and his spouse,
• bank account (at least 1 million euro),
• medical insurance,
• life insurance policy.
