Startup in Germany.
How to organize startup in Germany? Let us try to briefly answer this very difficult question.
It’s worth mentioning right away that, in the opinion of the Startup Germany Association, at present Germany is hardly an ideal place for a Startup business !? And this is despite the fact that the country is one of the leaders in this field in Europe.
The main “but”, according to representatives of the Association, is that there are virtually no Welcome Centers focused on working with innovative projects in Germany, there are no “short” bureaucratic schemes for organizing a business, there are no tax or visa benefits ...
If you have not changed your mind, then here is the “step-by-step instruction” of the preparatory stage of organizing the Startup project:
Step 1. Development of a business plan. If you have any difficulty choosing a form or preparing a business plan itself, then we are ready to provide comprehensive information.
Step 2. Registration of a company or purchase of a “ready-made business” in Germany. Is it possible to find a suitable ready-made business and is there any reason for this? Let us discuss this issue specifically in relation to your field of activity.
Step 3. Securing the financing of the company at its own expense with the subsequent attraction of venture capital. The idea is transparent, implementation will require effort and time.
Step 4. Assessment of the economic interest (demand) in business, more precisely, appeal to the municipal (regional) authorities in order to obtain "support" at the local level.
Remark. This is essentially one of the most “mysterious” stages, as officials should be convinced that your proposal fits into the regional development model.
Step 5. Obtaining a residence permit for organizers and members of their families, entering the country and starting work “in full force”.
Step 6. Organization of jobs, recruitment, providing legal and accounting support, etc. If you have successfully reached “Step 6 ″, then implementation of Step 6 is a technical matter.
In which regions are the most favorable conditions? In our opinion, this is Berlin, Munich Hamburg.
In what areas do today's leaders work:
- drug development,
- delivery of organic food of high quality.
How can we help you? Legal, consulting and audit support, interaction with public and private entities both in Germany and in Russia, Ukraine, and other CIS countries.
