Residence: Italy ( passport - 187 territory of visa-free entry)
Residence permit (for investors):
- initially issued for a period of 2 years,
- subsequent extension for 3 years, including the spouse, a partner in civil marriage, children under the age of 18 years,
- with the right to work
- you need to stay in Italy for at least half the validity of the visa,
- permanent residence status - 5 years after obtaining a visa (residence permit),
- citizenship - 5 years after receiving the status of permanent residence,
- recognized dual citizenship.
Conditions for obtaining an investor visa:
- investments of at least 2 million euro in Italian government bonds,
- investments in the amount of at least 1 million euro in the assets of Italian companies or 500 thousand euro in innovative start-ups,
- philanthropic donations of not less than 1 million euro in socially significant projects.
Residence permit (for financially independent persons):
- issued for a period of 1 year to 2 years,
- subsequent renewal for a period of 1 year to 2 years,
- including spouse and children under 18,
- without the right to work,
- permanent residence status - 5 years after obtaining a visa (residence permit),
- citizenship - 10 years after receiving the status of permanent residence,
- recognized dual citizenship.
Conditions for obtaining a residence permit:
- availability of stable annual income from permanent sources (passive income),
- the presence of a high average balance of funds in the applicant's bank account during the year,
- rental contract,
- certificate of no criminal record
- medical insurance.
