Residence: Italy ( passport - 187 territory of visa-free entry)

Residence permit (for investors):

• initially issued for a period of 2 years,
• subsequent extension for 3 years, including the spouse, a partner in civil marriage, children under the age of 18 years,
• with the right to work
• you need to stay in Italy for at least half the validity of the visa,
• permanent residence status - 5 years after obtaining a visa (residence permit),
• citizenship - 5 years after receiving the status of permanent residence,
• recognized dual citizenship.
   

Conditions for obtaining an investor visa:

• investments of at least 2 million euro in Italian government bonds,
• investments in the amount of at least 1 million euro in the assets of Italian companies or 500 thousand euro in innovative start-ups,
• philanthropic donations of not less than 1 million euro in socially significant projects.
   

Residence permit (for financially independent persons):

• issued for a period of 1 year to 2 years,
• subsequent renewal for a period of 1 year to 2 years,
• including spouse and children under 18,
• without the right to work,
• permanent residence status - 5 years after obtaining a visa (residence permit),
• citizenship - 10 years after receiving the status of permanent residence,
• recognized dual citizenship.
   

Conditions for obtaining a residence permit:

• availability of stable annual income from permanent sources (passive income),
• the presence of a high average balance of funds in the applicant's bank account during the year,
• rental contract,
• certificate of no criminal record
• medical insurance.
